Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate nucleolar staining that in a few tissues was combine with additional cytoplasmic staining. Neurons displayed strong nucleolar immunoreactivity while purkinje cells showed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Lymphoid tissues, liver, muscle, endometrium, cervix and salivary glands were in general negative.
