Most glandular cells, airway epithelia and urothelium showed moderate cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Strong staining was observed in exocrine pancreas, bile duct cells, breast, fallopian tube and Purkinje cells. Lymphoid tissues, cells in CNS, hepatocytes, skeletal and smooth muscle were generally negative.

Strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity was observed in salivary gland and exocrine pancreas while skeletal muscle cells displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. A subset of decidual cells and cardiac myocytes displayed moderate immunoreactivity. Weak staining was observed in parts of cells in stomach, breast, renal tubuli and prostate gland. Remaining normal cells were negative.

Gastric parietal cells, salivary gland and the prostate showed strong cytoplasmic staining while exocrine pancreas displayed strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Airway epithelia, breast, urothelium and lymphoid reaction center cells displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining normal tissues were in general negative or weakly stained.
