Malignant cells displayed highly variable staining intensities. Colorectal, ovarian, cervical, testis and thyroid cancers were strongly stained in a few cases.
Weak to moderate granular cytoplasmic positivity was sen in most malignant tissues. Few cases of breast, carcinoid, cervical and colorectal adenocarcinoma were strongly positive. Most of the squamous cell carcinomas, seminomas and renal cell carcinomas were negative.
