Most of the cancer tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear immunoreactivity. Several breast and colorectal cancers along with occasional hepatocellular carcinomas and pancreatic cancers were strongly stained.
Several cases of liver and colorectal cancer along with a few cases of pancreatic, gastric, renal, testicular and lung cancer displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Colorectal cancers exhibited additional membranous staining. Extracellular material were in several cases strongly stained. Remaining malignant cells were weakly stained or negative.
Few cases of duct carcinomas of breast showed strong cytoplasmic staining while hepatocellular carcinomas, lung and prostate cancers displayed moderate positivity. Several cases of head and neck, colorectal cancers and few cases of skin, testis and stomach cancers showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.
