Weak to moderate nuclear immunoreactivity was observed in the majority of cancer tissues. Most gliomas, lymphomas, prostate, urothelial and renal cancers were negative. A few squamous cell carcinomas of skin along with rare cases of melanoma and hepatocellular carcinoma showed nuclear membrane positivity.
The majority of cancer tissues showed moderate to strong nuclear positivity, with additional cytoplasmic staining in several cases. Several gliomas, breast, prostate and renal cancers were negative.
