Most melanomas, ovarian, thyroid, pancreatic and skin cancers showed weak to moderate nuclear staining often combined with cytoplasmic and/or membranous positivity. Weak staining was observed in several cervical and endometrial cancers. Remaining cancers were mainly negative.
