Staining summary
HPA038400 Most of the normal cells showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity with a granular pattern. The liver and reaction center cells of lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative.
HPA038406 Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Hematopoietic cells, cardiac myocytes, exocrine pancreas, cells in seminiferus ducts and the adrenal gland exhibited strong positivity. Trophoblastic cells displayed strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Bile duct cells, islets of Langerhans, breast and the lymphoid tissues were negative.
