Staining summary
Most normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Respiratory epithelium of bronchus, exocrine glandular cells, squamous epithelium of tonsil, large intestine, breast and appendix showed strong positivity. Bile ducts, kidney, decidua, smooth muscle cells, glial cells and cells in seminiferus ducts were weakly stained or negative.
