Staining summary
Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Exocrine pancreas, smooth muscle and the adrenal gland exhibited strong cytoplasmic staining. Bile duct cells, islets of Langerhans, the CNS along with lymphoid tissues and most cells in soft tissue were negative.
