Normal tissues generally displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining often combined with nuclear positivity. Additional membranous staining was observed in gall bladder and adrenal gland. The thyroid, fallopian tube, Purkinje cells, cells in bone marrow and parts of the intestine showed strong staining. Alveolar cells, liver and parathyroid gland were weakly stained or negative.
