Normal tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining with additional nuclear and membranous positivity in several tissues. Lymphoid tissue, glandular cells of cervix, fallopian tube, hepatocytes, heart and smooth muscle cells were weakly stained or negative.

Moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity was observed in gastrointestinal tract, adrenal gland, renal tubules, urinary bladder, squamous epithelia, myoepithelial cells of breast, pneumocytes, prostate, trophoblastic cells of placenta, glandular cells of pre-menopausal uterus, fraction of cells in exocrine pancreas and salivary gland. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
