Most cancer tissues showed moderate granular cytoplasmic positivity. Skin and testicular cancers displayed additional nuclear staining. Strong cyoplasmic staining was observed in few stomach and colorectal cancers. Several gliomas, testicular, ovarian and breast cancers were weakly stained or negative.
Moderate to strong membranous immunoreactivity was observed in several cases of hepatocellular carcinomas and thyroid cancers and few cases of endometrial and ovarian cancers. Remaining cancer tissues were negative.
