Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity which often displayed a granular pattern. Strong positivity was observed in cells in red pulp of spleen and bone marrow poietic cells. Squamous epithelial cells, cells in the CNS and muscle were weakly stained or negative.
