Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in Reed Sternberg cells in one case of Hodgkins lymphoma. Occasional cases of breast, ovarian, cervical and pancreatic cancers displayed moderate cytoplasmic and/or membranous staining. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.
Most cancer tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity with additional nuclear/membranous staining in few cases. Few duct carcinomas of breast, colon and urothelial cancers were strongly stained. Prostate cancers were mostly negative.
