Normal tissues generally displayed weak cytoplasmic staining or were negative. Urothelium was strongly stained whereas prostate, epididymis, squamous epithelia and gall bladder were moderately stained.

Strong cytoplasmic positivity was displayed in myoepithelial cells of breast, hematopoietic cells, smooth muscle cells and peripheral nerve. Gall bladder, heart and skeletal myocytes along with subset of cells in adrenal gland and intestinal glands were moderately stained. Superficial layers in squamous epithelia exhibited moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
