Most normal cells showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining combined with cases of nuclear positivity. The vagina, vulva and ovary were generally weakly stained.
Glandular cells of the gastrointestinal tract, hepatocytes and endocrine glands showed strong cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern. Remaining normal cells were weakly stained or negative.
Strong cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern was observed in hepatocytes and renal tubules while the gastrointestinal tract, adrenal gland, skeletal muscle cells, subsets of neuronal and glial cells showed moderate staining. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
Moderate cytoplasmic staining was observed in most normal tissues. Hepatocytes, lung, respiratory epithelial cells, subset of gastrointestinal cells, fallopian tube, uterus and hematopoietic cells showed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity.
