Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Additional membranous staining was observed in adrenal gland, large intestine and parathyroid. Intestinal tract, testis, thyroid, placental trophoblasts and epididymis showed strong staining. The liver, breast, cells in CNS, lymphoid tissues and most mesenchymal cells were weakly stained or negative.
