Most of the normal cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Strong staining was observed in subsets of renal tubules and cardiac myocytes. Subsets of cells in lymphoid tissues showed moderate nuclear positivity. The liver, superficial squamous epithelia and Purkinje cells of cerebellum were negative.
