Most of the malignant cells displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity with additional nuclear staining in some cases. A majority of malignant gliomas, carcinoids, lymphomas and prostate cancers were weakly stained or negative.
Malignant cells generally showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Thyroid cancers along with several cases of urothelial, renal, gastric, pancreas and liver cancers showed strong staining. Malignant lymphomas were negative.
