Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Basal cells in seminiferus ducts, subsets of bone marrow poietic cells and lymphoid cells, often found in reaction centers, displayed strong nuclear immunoreactivity. Prostate gland, liver, muscle cells, squamous epithelium and cells in the CNS were generally negative.
