Several cases of gliomas, prostate, renal and liver cancers displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining with occasional nuclear positivity in some tissues. Occasional cases of thyroid and endometrial cases were strongly positive. Remaining tumour tissues were weakly stained or negative.
Cancer tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Additional membranous staining was observed in colorectal and stomach cancers. Gliomas and thyroid cancers exhibited additional nuclear staining. Several lung and skin cancers were negative.
Cancer tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining with additional membranous positivity in few tissues. Majority of the cases of gliomas and thyroid cancers along with occasional cases of lymphomas, prostate, ovarian, skin, renal and pancreatic cancers were strongly stained. Several cases of urothelial, pancreatic and stomach cancers were negative.
