Staining summary
HPA018006 Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Additional membranous staining was observed in gastro-intestinal tract. Adrenal cortical cells, gall bladder, salivary glands and Purkinje cells of cerebellum showed strong staining. Squamous epithelia, lymphoid tissues and myocytes were negative.
HPA019494 Normal tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. The gastrointestinal tract and salivary glands showed additional membranous positivity. Strong staining was for example observed in gastrointestinal glands, renal tubules, urothelial cells and trophoblastic cells.
