Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate nuclear positivity. Additional moderate to strong membranous and cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in squamous epithelial cells. Myoepithelial cells of breast and smooth muscle cells, as well as processes in CNS showed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Lung, liver, pancreas, glial cells, prostate, spleen and adipocytes were negative.
