Most normal cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong staining was observed in exocrine pancreas, small intestine, Langerhans cells in skin and the superficial layers in non-keratinized squamous epithelium. Pancreatic islets, lymphoid tissue and most cells in the female genitalia were negative.
