Staining summary
CAB022442 Strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity was observed in intestine. Alveolar cells, exocrine pancreas and endometrial glands showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Intercalated discs in heart muscle were distinctly stained. Stomach and gallbladder displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Most other tissues were negative or weakly cytoplasmic stained.
CAB022443 Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate membranous positivity. The gastrointestinal glands, cardiac myocytes, fallopian tube, Purkinje cells and cervical glands were strongly stained.
