Most cancer cells showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Several cases of gliomas, liver and female genital cancers displayed strong positivity. Lymphomas as well as a majority of cases in melanomas, skin, gastric and renal cancers were negative.
Few cases of colorectal, ovarian, cervical, endometrial, renal, stomach and liver cancer displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and or nuclear staining, with additional membranous staining in some cancers. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.
