Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with addittional nuclear positivity in some cases. Neuronal cells, intestinal tract and subset of cells in seminiferus ducts of testis were strongly stained. Pancreatic islets, thyroid, adrenal gland, liver, spleen, lymph node and soft tissues except occasional ganglion cells were negative.
