Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Several tissues were strongly stained e.g. parts of the gastrointestinal mucosa, gall bladder, breast glands, fallopian tubes and pancreatic islet cells. Lymphoid cells, glial cells in CNS, hepatocytes in liver and squamous epithelia were weakly stained or negative.
