Staining summary
Normal tissues showed moderate to strong granular cytoplasmic staining. Purkinje cells, keratinocytes and the neuronal cells displayed additional strong nucleolar positivity. Bile duct cells, cells in glomeruli and cells in red pulp of spleen were negative.
