A majority of normal tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining which often had a granular pattern. Bile ducts, smooth muscle, lymphoid cells outside reaction centra and glial cells were weakly stained or negative.

Superficial layer of epidermis, basal cells in seminiferus ducts and glandular cells in stomach displayed strongly cytoplasmic positivity. Renal tubules, epididymis, lung macrophages, heart and skeletal muscle exhibited moderate positivity. Moderate nuclear staining was observed in prostate. Other normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
