Hepatocytes and cells of duodenum showed strong granular cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Moderate positivity was observed in renal tubules, smooth muscle cells, cells in seminiferous ducts and a few glandular epithelia. Subsets of lymphoid cells outside reaction centra showed moderate to strong nuclear positivity. Remaining normal tissues were negative or weakly stained.

Respiratory epithelium of bronchus, oral mucosa, salivary gland, thyroid gland, adrenal, renal tubules, urothelial cells, fallopian tube, cerebellum, Leydig cells, seminal vesicle, glial cells and smooth muscle cells showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Parietal cells in stomach, respiratory epithelium of nasopharynx and neuronal cells showed strong positivity. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
