Staining summary
Most normal tissues showed moderate nuclear positivity. Glandular cells in prostate, adrenal glands, Leydig cells, urothelium, islets of Langerhans, melanocytes, salivary glands and nasopharynx exhibited strong immunoreactivity. Cells in CNS, uterus, ovary and soft tissues were generally negative.
