Staining summary
Normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern. Strong staining was observed in respiratory epithelia, gastrointestinal tract, salivary ducts, seminiferus ducts, renal tubules and heart muscle. Most of the glial cells, mesenchymal cells and hematopoietic cells were negative.
