A majority of cancers exhibited moderate cytoplasmic staining. Strong immunoreactivity in a granular pattern was seen in most thyroid cancers and several cases of malignant gliomas and lymphomas. A majority of skin and cervical cancers were in negative.
Most malignancies were weakly stained or negative. Urothelial cancers and a majority of colorectal, breast, testicular and liver cancers displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining.
Glial cells as well as malignant gliomas, malignant lymphomas, thyroid, lung and renal cancers were negative in most cases.
Malignant tissues were in most cases weakly stained or negative. Moderate to strong cytoplasmic and/or nuclear immunoreactivity was observed in cases of malignant lymphoma, glioma, ovarian, breast, colorectal, testicular and liver cancers.
