Cancer cells showed moderate cytoplasmic staining with additional nucleolar positivity in several cases. Several cases of colorectal and endometrial cancers were strongly stained. Urothelial and renal cancers, gliomas and lymphomas were weakly stained or negative.
The majority of cancer cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear staining. Membranous staining was observed in colorectal and liver cancers. A few cases of colorectal, breast, ovarian, gastric, pancreatic and liver cancers were strongly positive. Most gliomas, lymphomas, lung, skin and testicular cancers were negative.
