Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic and membranous positivity which was accompanied with nuclear staining in a few tissues. Strong staining was observed in gall bladder, renal tubuli, neuronal cells and follicular cells of thyroid. Hepatocytes, prostate glands, squamous epithelia and lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative.
