Most normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional membranous/nuclear positivity in few cases. Small intestine, placenta, myoepithelial cells of breast, smooth muscle cells and glandular cells of colon showed strong positivity. Liver, prostate, neuronal cells and glial cells were weakly stained or negative.
