Strong cytoplasmic positivity, often seen with a granular or dot-like pattern was observed in alveolar macrophages, gall bladder, thyroid, adrenal gland, Leydig cells, prostate, heart myocytes, epididymis and seminal vesicle along with subset of cells in pancreas, renal tubules, lymph node, urinary bladder and salivary gland. Bronchus, glial cells and stomach were moderately stained. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
