Most of the tumor cells displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Additional nuclear staining was observed in a few breast, liver and colorectal cancers. Gliomas, lymphomas, melanomas, thyroid, lung and skin cancers were generally negative.
Few cases of prostate and endometrial cancers displayed moderate cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.
