Normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining occasionally combined with nuclear positivity. Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in respiratory epithelia and seminiferous duct cells while cells in lymphoid tissues generally showed distinct nuclear staining. Pancreas, bile duct cells, glial cells and muscle cells were weakly stained or negative.
