Staining summary
Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in seminiferus duct cells while strong membranous positivity was observed in glandular cells in the gastrointestinal. Alveolar cells, exocrine pancreas, squamous epithelia and cells in the CNS were generally negative.
