Staining summary
Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in Purkinje cells while glial cells in hippocampus showed strong nuclear immunoreactivity. The gastrointestinal tract, renal glomeruli, gallbladder and smooth muscle showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity which often had a granular pattern. Trophoblasts showed membranous positivity. Remaining normal tissues were generally negative.
