Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate nuclear or nucleolar staining. Rectum exhibited strong staining while Purkinje cells displayed strong nucleolar positivity. Renal tubules showed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Bile duct cells, parathyroid, adrenal, trophoblastic cells, smooth muscle and the spleen were negative.
