Weak to moderate cytoplasmic and membranous positivity was observed in most normal tissues. Renal tubules, fallopian tube, placental trophoblastic cells and Purkinje cells were strongly stained. Subsets of cells in CNS displayed nuclear positivity. The gastrointestinal tract and lymphoid tissues were generally negative.
