Normal tissues showed moderate to strong membranous and cytoplasmic staining. Cardiac myocytes displayed strong membranous and nuclear positivity. Bile duct cells, pancreas, thyroid, salivary glands, lymphoid tissues and cells in the CNS with exception for purkinje cells were weakly stained or negative.

Purkinje cells and adrenal cortical cells displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. A subset of respiratory epithelia exhibited strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. A small subset of intestinal glandular cells, gall bladder, renal tubular cells, a subset of lymphoid cells, trophoblastic cells and myocytes displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
