Staining summary
HPA045116 Normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear staining. Cell in seminiferus ducts and myoepithelial cells of breast were strongly positive. Hematopoietic cells, hepatocytes, spleen, stomach and adipocytes were negative.
HPA053291 Myoepithelial cells of breast, ovarian follicles and subsets of cells in seminiferus ducts displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. Adrenal gland, subset of neurons in CNS, esophagus, myocytes, decidual cells and skin were moderately stained. Additional nuclear positivity was observed in a few tissues. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
CAB020704 Moderate to strong nuclear and cytoplasmic immunoreactivity was observed in most normal tissues combined with membranous staining in a few cases.
