Cancer tissues showed moderate nuclear positivity. Few cases of melanomas, carcinoids, colorectal, pancreatic, stomach and endometrial cancers exhibited strong immunoreactivity. Several cases of lymphomas, gliomas and renal cancers were weakly stained or negative.
Cancer tissue displayed moderate to strong nuclear immunoreactivity. Additional cytoplasmic and membranous positivity was observed in few cases of gliomas. Majority of renal cancers, carcinoids, liver cancers and few cases of gliomas and melanomas were weakly stained or negative.
Cancer cells displayed moderate to strong nuclear immunoreactivity, in some cases accompanied with cytoplasmic staining.

Synonyms
CAT53, FB19, p99, PNUTS
Description
Protein phosphatase 1, regulatory subunit 10 (HGNC Symbol)
Entrez gene summary
This gene encodes a protein phosphatase 1 binding protein. The encoded protein plays a role in many cellular processes including cell cycle progression, DNA repair and apoptosis by regulating the activity of protein phosphatase 1. This gene lies within the major histocompatibility complex class I region on chromosome 6, and alternatively spliced transcript variants have been observed for this gene.
