Strong staining was observed in lung macrophages, adrenal cortex, neuronal and subtypes of glial cells. Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Ganglion cells showed distinct positivity whereas nerve bundles were negative. Alveolar cells, squamous epithelia, ovarian and endometrial stromal cells were generally negative.

Salivary glands and neuronal cells in the CNS displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. The liver and alveolar cells were negative.
