Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in chondrocytes and a subset of cells in the crypts of intestinal tract. The remaining normal tissues were negative.

Glandular cells in stomach and thyroid showed strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Cells in seminiferous ducts displayed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Subset cells of gastrointestinal tract, gall bladder, renal tubules, urothelial cells, Leydig cells, epididymis and cardiac myocytes showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Adrenal, glandular cells of cervix, neuronal cells and prostate showed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
