Purkinje cells showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. A subset of cells in peripheral nerves showed moderate to strong staining. A subset of glandular epithelium of breast and prostate displayed moderate luminal membranous positivity. Remaining normal tissues were negative.

Endothelial cells, adipocytes, ovarian stromal cells, smooth muscle and fibroblasts were strongly stained. Lung pneumocytes, thyroid, basal layer of squamous epithelia and a subset of cells in cardiac myocytes showed strong membranous positivity while respiratory epithelium of bronchus and fallopian tube exhibited moderate staining. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
